This Ethiopian throw or wrap is beautifully woven from cotton grown and spun in Ethiopia, tinted with environmentally friendly dyes that are both AZO free and REACH certified.

Made from two wide panels, then add a hand-stitched center seam to create an expansive gabi body shawl. Worn traditionally in pure white for religious services, a gabi can serve in many ways, as apparel, throw, twin bed coverlet, tablecloth or baby carrier.

The purchase of this throw provides employment for Ethiopian artisans skilled in handcrafting cotton and silk textiles.
