Outside dimensions vary but are about:

5x7 picture size- 11.5 x 9.75 outside dimensions for the smaller 5x7's and

5x7 picture size- 11x13 for the wider 5x7's 

8x10 picture size- 13.5x12.5 smaller (pale yellow) 

8x10 picture size- 13x15 larger (black)
